Family Caregiver Workshops

Happy 2025!  Family caregivers play a vital role in the lives of older adults, providing essential support for daily activities, health management, and emotional well-being. At the Baltimore City Health Department Family Caregivers Program, we recognize the challenges caregivers face, and the impact caregiving has on physical and mental health. This year we are focusing on equipping caregivers with additional training and support to make the caregiving journey easier and more rewarding. Please sign up now or contact us for more details.

Together, we aim to empower caregivers with knowledge, reduce stress, and build a community where they feel valued and supported every step of the way. Thank you for all that you do—you are not alone.

Warm regards,
The Family Caregivers Program Team
