BALTIMORE, MD (January 19, 2022)— With the wind chill predicted to fall into the single digits, Health Commissioner Letitia Dzirasa today issued a Code Blue Extreme Cold declaration for Baltimore City beginning Thursday evening, January 20 through Saturday morning, January 22.

BALTIMORE, MD (January 7, 2022)— With temperatures remaining in the teens with wind chill and a forecasted wintry mix, Health Commissioner Letitia Dzirasa today extended a Code Blue Extreme Cold declaration for Baltimore City through Sunday morning, January 9. 

Baltimore, MD (January 4, 2022) – Due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases the Baltimore City Health Department will suspend in-person senior center activities effective today (01/04/2022) to help curb community transmission. This directive impacts the following city-operated senior center locations, including the Cherry Hill location operated in partnership with the Department of Recreation and Parks.
