In line with our goal to improve health outcomes for all Baltimoreans, which includes the reduction of new Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs), the Baltimore City Health Department’s (BCHD) Bureau of Clinical Services and HIV/STI Prevention Program coordinates a condom subscription program for Baltimore City residents. 

Please fill out the confidential form below to receive a free monthly subscription supply of condoms, other HIV/STI prevention commodities, and sexual health and HIV/STI testing information in an unmarked envelope mailed to your address. We can only mail condoms to addresses within Baltimore City. The mail subscription renews automatically every month. If you would like to stop your subscription or change your address, please email HIVSTI.condoms@baltimorecity.gov. It is encouraged, that you renew every year. 

Please note in cases of extreme temperatures (hot and cold), your condom order may be delayed.
