Services
Provides basic dental care such as exams, x-rays, teeth cleanings, fillings and extractions to eligible children and adults ages 12 months and older. Urgent Care services such as tooth extraction available for all ages. Dental care also available for pregnant women enrolled in Medicaid. Baltimore City residency required.
Appointments
Appointment necessary, emergency walk-ins are accepted. Please call clinics for days and times.
Cost Sliding scale fee. Most Medicaid/ Medical Assistance plans accepted. *Plans include Amerigroup, Priority Partners, United Health Care, Jai, Med Star, Riverside Health, Kaiser Permanente, and Maryland Physicians Care. All plans subject to changes and limitations.

GRAMS Initiative (Giving Retired Adults Mighty Smiles)
Affordable, basic dental care for uninsured, low income Baltimore City residents ages 60 years and older.
EPDST Program (Early Protection Does Spectacular Things)
