For the first time ever, the Maryland Consumer Rights Coalition (MCRC) will release a "report card" grading 10 local banks on the quality of their services to older adults. Arnold Eppel, Deputy Commissioner, Baltimore City Health Department, Division of Aging and Care Services, will be among the speakers.
